My name is Sharon Carr and I am a REALTOR®.

I am originally from England, and have lived and worked in Alamogordo, NM for almost 20 years. I have been practicing Real Estate here for 15 years.

I was a military spouse for almost 20 years and am all too familiar with relocating with the military. I am single and have two daughters. My son-in-law is an Air Force crew chief.

I have served as a director on the Otero County Association of REALTORS for several years and have been nominated for President of the board twice. I  mainly handle residential transactions, and occasionally land. I am well educated in NMMFA ( New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority), specializing in the states first time home buyer program and in 2005, was awarded their "REALTOR®. of the Year" award for the state of NM.
